Store purchases are delivered via New Zealand Couriers. For most areas this is an overnight service, South island and rural customers generally receive goods within 2 working days. At times delivery may be delayed due to weather or other events out of our control, we will attempt to keep you informed of your expected delivery time and your parcel can be tracked using the freight companies real time track and trace system.

Supplier Direct items are delivered using suppliers preferred courier. In most cases this is DHL with a delivery time of 9-17 days. For purchases under $50 items are sent through mail services, with a delivery time of 14-45 days.
